Panattoni Development Company broke ground on the final phase of the Eastview Commerce Center, adding 446,800 square feet of industrial space to the North Miami Beach submarket.
Located at NW 119th St. in Miami, Florida, the new space will be spread across three proposed buildings. One of those is Building 4 (rendering, above) which will total 114,100 square feet of Class A warehouse space at 2290-2398 NW 119th St. in Miami, Florida. The expected delivery date is July 2019.
The business park is currently improved with three existing industrial buildings that delivered between December 2018 and January 2019.
