SMT Duty Free renewed its industrial lease at 8925-8935 NW 27th St. in Miami.

The tenant will remain in 50,049 square feet of the 109,110-square-foot industrial property.

Miami International Business Park – Building 3 was constructed in 1999 on 4.8 acres in the Miami Airport West industrial submarket of South Florida. It features a 10% office build-out, parking for 110 cars, two drive-in bays, 24-foot clear heights, 2,400-amp heavy power, 43×32-foot column spacing, building signage and a fenced lot.
