Vivex Biomedical , a Georgia-based medical research firm, signed a lease deal in the new industrial building at 2290 NW 119th St. in Miami.

 The tenant will take 78,600 square feet in the 98,200-square-foot property. Eastview Commerce Center – Building 3 is part of a recently constructed, six-building business park in the North Miami Beach Industrial submarket of South Florida. The buildings were completed in January 2019 by development company Panattoni Development, which still owns the campus.

Steve Medwin, Nick Wigoda and John Mejia of Newmark represented the landlord and were the sole brokers on the lease.
